Gully

Gully is a very well equipped, dog friendly property situated midway into Highcliffe with a large south facing patio.

This charming well equipped property, and Chough (next door) are in the same ownership so can be partnered together to make easy accommodation for 2 families. Each cottage sleeps 7 and both benefit from a hot outdoor shower to wash away the salt and sand after a long day on the beach.'

The owners have cherished their home since it was first built and have a long association with this part of north Cornwall and very much hope that guests and future generations will cherish this area too.

Shower Room: Electric shower, heated towel rail, basin, w.c.
Utility Room: Washing machine, tumble drier, fridge/freezer with water dispenser, basin, ironing facilities.

FIRST FLOOR:
Bedroom 3: Master bedroom with super king bed (6’), wardrobe & chest drawers.

Family Bathroom: Bath with thermostatic shower over, hairdryer, heated towel rail, w.c.

GARDEN & PARKING
Private enclosed patio to the rear of the property with garden furniture, leading onto landscaped gardens, hot outdoor shower. 2 Parking spaces to front of property.

Power & Heat: Storage heaters and electric panel heaters throughout, log burner – logs available £25 for approximately 30 logs.
Bedding & Linen: Linen & Towels provided (please bring own beach towels & gym towels).
Baby Equipment: Cot & highchair available for hire.
Pets Welcome: £25 per pet per week.
