Cafe
Our cafe, located in the Reception building is open 5 days a week. From 8am, we’ll be serving freshly baked pastries, sourdough toasties and a selection of delicious sweet treats and savoury snacks. Alongside, speciality coffee and a curated selection of cold drinks to quench your thirst.
Studio
Stretch, slow down and re-connect with yourself in the tranquil sanctuary of our softly lit studio. We offer yoga, & mat pilates for private and group sessions, and welcome beginners as well as the more experienced.
Gym
Movement is at the core of Highcliffe’s philosophy. Restore and recharge your physical and mental balance using our state of the art Technogym equipment and a variety of free weights. Personal training sessions are available upon request - please enquire at Reception. The minimum age requirement is 16 years, however, 14+ year olds may use the space if accompanied by an adult.
Tennis Courts
Courts are available to guests and members for one-hour sessions on the hour—no booking required, just turn up and play. Court 2 may be reserved for coaching, but is otherwise open when not in use; play may be paused for lessons. For coaching details, please contact Reception. Reformer Pilates

Changing Rooms
Our showers and changing rooms are well stocked with Chapter Organics amenities who create 100% natural, plant-based aromatherapy home essentials. Please bring a towel.
