This beautiful dog free house has a lovely contemporary, light and airy feel which is cool and airy in the hot summer and the wood-burning stove is perfect for snuggling up next to in the colder months.
The well-equipped kitchen has everything you would need to prepare a home-cooked family feast, using all locally sourced produce.
The comfortable sitting area is a superb place to relax after a busy day on the beach or from the sliding patio doors you can head out onto the patio and enjoy ‘al fresco dining’ or a BBQ. There is a handy utility room with a washing machine, tumble dryer and a large fridge/freezer. All the rooms within the property are furnished to a high standard making this the perfect holiday retreat. Both the bathroom and the shower room have electric showers.
Situated within easy access to the coastal footpath to Polzeath, Greenaway and Daymer Bay.
