Utility Room: Washing machine, tumble drier, basin, ironing facilities.

LOWER GROUND FLOOR
Open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area.
Kitchen Area: Kitchen Island & breakfast bar. Double electric oven with a combination microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, Magimix Nespresso coffee machine. Starter pack including oven gloves, tea towels, dishwasher tablets & cloths supplied.
Sitting & Dining area: Comfortable lounge seating, dining table & chairs, double doors opening onto a spacious terrace.
Bedroom 3: King-size bed (5’), TV, wardrobes, chest of drawers. Ensuite: Shower, heated towel rail, w.c.

FIRST FLOOR & UPPER FLOOR:
