Chough

Chough is situated about 200 yards up Francis Lane on the left. It has a large south facing private patio adjacent to our landscaped gardens and backs onto a field making it a great spot for visitors to enjoy the local area.

This charming well equipped property, and Gully (next door) are in the same ownership so can be partnered together to make easy accommodation for 2 families. Each cottage sleeps 7 and both benefit from a hot outdoor shower to wash away the salt and sand after a long day on the beach.

Bedroom 1: Twin beds (3’), wardrobe with shelves.

Shower Room: Electric shower, heated towel rail, basin, w.c.
Utility Room: Washing machine, tumble drier, additional fridge, under counter freezer, Krups Pro aroma filter coffee machine, basin, ironing facilities.

Private enclosed patio to the rear of the property with garden furniture, leading onto landscaped gardens, hot outdoor shower. 2 Parking spaces to front of property.

Power & Heat: Storage heaters and electric panel heaters throughout, log burner – logs available £25 for approximately 30 logs.
Bedding & Linen: Linen & Towels provided (please bring own beach towels & gym towels).
Baby Equipment: Cot & highchair available for hire.
Pets Welcome: £25 per pet per week by prior arrangement – please enquire.
