Nantucket

Nantucket is owned by a family that have been coming to the area for years and want their guests to enjoying this part of North Cornwall as much as they do.

Nantucket's elevated position affords beautiful views towards the wild and rugged Bodmin Moor, yet only a short walk to some of the most beautiful beaches.

The living areas are washed with lots of natural light, giving a light and airy feel during the summer. During the winter, guests can gather round the log-burner and cosy up on the extra soft sofas.

Outside you’ll find an enclosed, private patio space with a stylish rattan corner sofa and a coffee table plus a superb brick BBQ area.

Kitchen & Dining Room: Gas hob, electric oven, under counter fridge, dishwasher, microwave. Starter pack including oven gloves, tea towels, dishwasher tablets and cloths supplied.
Sitting Area: HD Smart TV (39’’), Blu-ray/DVD player, Roberts Blutune 65 with FM/DAB radio, Bluetooth connectivity & lightning dock to fit an iPhone, iPad, PlayStation 3, log burner, sliding doors to patio.
Bedroom 1: Double bed (4’6’’), wardrobe with shelves.
Bedroom 2: Twin beds (3’), wardrobe with shelves.
Shower Room: Shower, heated towel rail, basin, w.c.
Utility Room: Washing machine, tumble drier, fridge/freezer, microwave, basin, ironing facilities, coat hooks.

FIRST FLOOR:
Bedroom 3: Master bedroom with king -size bed (5’), TV, hairdryer, wardrobe & chest drawers.
Bedroom 4: Single bed (3’)
Family Bathroom: Recently refurnished, bath with shower over, heated towel rail, w.c. (photos to follow).

GARDEN & PARKING
Private enclosed patio to the rear of the property with garden furniture leading onto landscaped gardens, hot outdoor shower. Wall-mounted washing line. 2 Parking spaces to front of property.

Wi-Fi: Included.
Power & Heat: Gas central heating, log burner – logs available £25 for approximately 30 logs.
Bedding & Linen: Linen & Towels provided (please bring own beach & gym towels).
Baby Equipment: Cots & highchairs available for hire.
Pets Welcome: £25 per pet per week.
