We are delighted to introduce Lowena, a stunning property with four bedrooms and four bathrooms, and one of the fabulous new Highcliffe houses.

Lowena is the Cornish word for ‘Joy’, and this lovely holiday home certainly lives up to its name. After a long day full of adventure and discovery, you will love returning to the warmth and charm of Lowena.

Every detail from the early design to the final specification has been carefully considered to create a fantastic space for relaxing and entertaining, both visually and practically. With the help of a local designer the owners have used a clever mix of natural textures and colours, reminiscent of the Cornish coast and sandy beaches, to create a luxurious and calming space for you to enjoy.

Downstairs, the living areas flow seamlessly with the spacious and contemporary combined kitchen, dining and living area benefitting from underfloor heating throughout. There is also a generous bedroom on the ground floor and large family bathroom.

The living room centres around a modern inset log fire with plenty of comfortable seating perfect for cosying up on cooler nights with a glass of wine or enjoying a movie. This open plan space continues into the well-equipped kitchen with a central island and breakfast bar with soft marble worktops, creating a luxurious space to cook and socialise. The dining area, complete with stylish table and chairs has large bifold doors which open out onto a private terrace creating even more space and the feel of alfresco dining.

Outside, the private southeast facing terrace has a large wicker corner sofa ideal for enjoying barbecues and lounging in the sun with a good book. From the terrace you can access the utility and downstairs bathroom with a wet room style shower – great for washing off sandy toes after a long day the beach.

On the first floor, you’ll find three generous, stylish bedrooms, including a master bedroom with an ensuite. The other two bedrooms share a family bathroom.

Lowena is equipped with Xbox live, a Sonos speaker and full fibre broadband to keep everyone entertained. There is also an electric car charging point.

Situated on Trewenna Lane at Highcliffe, Lowena is within walking distance of several beaches. They can be reached easily by road, or by foot if you would like a car free day and to enjoy the south west coastal path. There are two tennis courts available for your use, so don't forget your racquets, and other leisure facilities include a gym and a yoga studio.

Finally, we would just like to draw your attention to the fact that Lowena is one of the new properties in Phase 2 and therefore adjacent to the ongoing construction of Phase 3. The works will continue through 2023/24, but we do not expect them to inconvenience your holiday.
