Kitchen & Dining Room: Ceramic hob, electric oven, under counter fridge, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine. Starter pack including oven gloves, tea towels, dishwasher tablets and cloths supplied.
Sitting Area: Smart TV, Blu-ray/DVD player, iPod/iPad/iPhone charging dock, Apple lightning, log burner, sliding doors to patio.
Bedroom 1: Double bed (4’6’’) with Tempur Memory Foam mattress, wardrobe.
Bedroom 2: Twin beds (3’), wardrobe with shelves.
Shower Room: Shower, heated towel rail, basin, w.c.
Utility Room: Washing machine, tumble drier, fridge/freezer, microwave, butler sink, ironing facilities, surfboard rack.


FIRST FLOOR:
Bedroom 3: Master bedroom with super king bed (6’), Tempur Memory Foam mattress, TV, DVD player, wardrobe, chest drawers.
Family Bathroom: Bath with shower over, heated towel rail, w.c.

GARDEN & PARKING
Private enclosed patio to the rear of the property with garden furniture, hot outdoor shower. Wall-mounted washing line. 2 Parking spaces to front of property.

Wi-Fi: Included.
Power & Heat: Storage heaters & electric panel heaters, log burner – logs available £25 for approximately 30 logs.
Bedding & Linen: Linen & Towels provided (please bring own beach towels & gym towels).
Baby Equipment: Cot & highchair available for hire.
Pets Welcome: In July & August only; £25 per pet per week.
