Downstairs the accommodation flows seamlessly. The spacious and contemporary combined kitchen, dining and living area all have underfloor heating throughout. There is a double bedroom and large family bathroom on the ground floor. Situated centrally in the open plan space is the living area which has three sofas, creating a natural focal point around the log fire and large TV.

The contemporary Indigo kitchen and island allows you to cook (or be cooked for) whilst socialising with the rest of your party and features a double oven incorporating a combi microwave and a full height larder fridge with separate freezer. The large dining table takes centre stage in front of the large bifold glass doors that open on to the private terrace.

Outside, the private southeast facing terrace has a BBQ and garden furniture for summer lounging with access to the utility and downstairs bathroom, complete with a wet room style shower - great for washing off sandy toes after a day at the beach.

On the first floor you will find three generous bedrooms, one of which has an ensuite, plus one family bathroom for the other two rooms to share.

Seafield is equipped with fibre broadband, solar panels, and underfloor heating throughout.

Changeovers run from Friday to Friday.

We want to draw your attention to the fact that Seafield is one of the new properties in Phase 2. The works are near to completion but will continue through 2024. We do not expect the works to inconvenience your holiday, but we want to be fully transparent.

The owners are due to take possession of the property in March and will make the property available for rental from 5th July. Photographs will follow in due course.
