Utility Room: (Located to right of front door – no access from main house). Washing machine, tumble drier, freezer, ironing facilities.

GARDEN & PARKING
Enclosed private patio to the rear of the property with picnic bench leading onto landscaped gardens. Outside shower. 2 Parking spaces to front of property.
Power & Heat: Storage heaters & electric panel heaters, log burner – logs available £25 for approximately 30 logs.
Bedding & Linen: Linen & Towels provided (please bring own beach towels & gym towels).
Baby Equipment: Cots and highchair available for hire.
Pets Welcome: £25 per pet per week.
