Downstairs the living areas flow seamlessly with the spacious and contemporary combined kitchen, dining and living area all with underfloor heating throughout. There is also a generous bedroom on the ground floor, and a large family bathroom.
The living room centres around a modern log fire, with sumptuous soft seating. This open plan space continues into the kitchen, which has striking navy cabinets and soft marble worktops, creating a luxurious space to cook and socialise. It has all the high-spec kitchen appliances you could possibly need! The dining area, complete with a contemporary table has large bifold doors which open out onto a private terrace.
Outside, the private south east facing terrace has a large wicker sofa and chairs perfect for summer lounging, an outdoor shower and access to the utility and downstairs bathroom, complete with a wet room style shower - great for washing off sandy toes after a long day at the beach.
On the first floor, you’ll find three generous bedrooms, including a master bedroom and an ensuite. The other two bedrooms share a family bathroom.
Memories is equipped with fibre broadband, underfloor heating throughout, and includes an electric car charging point too.
Memories is a superb pet friendly property with changeovers running from a Friday to Friday.
