Stanton

Stanton is a light and airy mid-terrace property facing Francis Lane, with views towards the local golf course , St Minver Church and beyond.

With new oak furniture throughout, including a new king size bed in the master bedroom, this cottage can sleep up to seven people. The small conservatory at the back of the property is a multi-purpose space, which houses the tumble dryer as well as offering a space for children to play and store surf boards and games.

In recent years the kitchen has been fully refurbished, with all new appliances, including a microwave and oven. The stylish new kitchen is a calming space to cook and host friends and family.

There is Wi-Fi and the smart TV in the lounge, which allows guests to watch Netflix and Amazon Prime, perfect for evenings in by the log burner.

Dogs are welcome at Stanton and this property's changeover days are THURSDAY to THURSDAY.

Kitchen & Dining Room: Ceramic hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble drier, microwave, ironing facilities. Starter pack including oven gloves, tea towels, dishwasher tablets and cloths supplied.
Sitting Area: Smart TV enabled with Netflix, DVD player, open fire, small conservatory leading from the living area.
Bedroom 1: Twin beds (3’), wardrobe with shelves.
Bedroom 2: Twin beds (3’), wardrobe with shelves.
Shower Room: Thermostatic shower, heated towel rail, basin, w.c.

FIRST FLOOR:
Bedroom 3: Master bedroom with king size bed (5’), TV, wardrobe & chest drawers.

Private patio to the rear of the property with picnic table leading onto lawned area, outdoor tap & hose. 2 Parking spaces to front of property.

Power & Heat: Storage heaters and electric panel heaters, open fire with fire guard – logs available £25 for approximately 30 logs.
Bedding & Linen: Linen & Towels provided (please bring own beach towels & gym towels).
Baby Equipment: Cot & highchair available for hire.
Pets Welcome: £25 per pet per week.
