Bedroom 1: Twin beds (3’), zip & link beds which can be joined to form 6’ super-king, (please request in advance), wardrobe with shelves.
Bedroom 2: Twin beds (3’), wardrobe with shelves.
Shower Room: Thermostatic shower, heated towel rail, basin, w.c.
Utility Room: Washing machine, tumble drier, fridge/freezer, microwave, basin, ironing facilities.
FIRST FLOOR:
Bedroom 3: Master bedroom with king-size bed (5’), TV, wardrobe, chest drawers, sofa.
Bedroom 4: Single bed (3’), wardrobe with shelves.
Family Bathroom: Bath with thermostatic shower over, heated towel rail, w.c.
GARDEN & PARKING
Enclosed south facing private patio to the rear of the property with picnic bench, leading to landscaped gardens. Hot outdoor shower and two parking spaces at the front of the property.

Power & Heat: Gas central heating throughout, log burner – logs available £25 for approximately 30 logs.
Bedding & Linen: Linen & Towels provided (please bring own beach towels & gym towels).
Baby Equipment: Cots & highchairs (available for hire)
