3 construction phases will span from Spring 2021 to Summer 2023.
First you purchase your plot, and simultaneously sign a fixed price build contract. Then the team of Highcliffe's Main Contractors and Contract Administrators start work, reporting to you throughout the build process, checking and authorising the work and stage payments between you and the Contractor through to handover.
When your home is complete, Highcliffe will provide a range of services to the owner, including letting and property management via its own agency.
The level of internal finishes will be of a very high standard, with high quality kitchens and bathrooms, a detailed specification will be provided by our Interior Designer, who will work with you to add the personal touches you may require.
Note: This method of purchase suits the cash buyer. Purchasers requiring a mortgage will be required to show proof of funding.
Phase 1 was released for sale during the winter of 2021 and the 8 plots all sold this spring. Phase 2 will be released in June and will include Plots 13-16 and Plot 5.
