With over 20 years experience, Highcliffe have brought together the team of architects, designers and contractors to offer a new generation of Holiday Homes available for sale off plan this autumn. As in earlier phases, buyers can purchase their own plot and have their Highcliffe property constructed with full professional support and internal finish options. The first phase of plots have been reserved, with construction planned for 2021. The second phase will be released for reservation in summer 2021

Phase 1

Reception / Gym / Eatery

Bringing a whole new dimension to holidays at Highcliffe, a stunning new Reception Building with a state of the art Gym and Multi purpose Hall to host Yoga and Pilates sessions is planned.

Plots 1 – 4

A departure from our earlier designs, these 4 contemporary homes will be semi detached with upstairs living and distant views of the Camel Estuary from the first floor.

Plots 17 – 20

The New Generation Highcliffe Cottage. With a contemporary fit out, these incorporate all of the features to bring our cottages up to modern standards.

The first phase of plots have been released for reservation, with construction planned for 2021. The tried and tested formula of buying at Highcliffe allows purchasers to make tax savings and own a brand new home finished to their taste at a fixed price. 

First you purchase your plot, and simultaneously sign a fixed price build contract. Then the team of Highcliffe's Main Contractors and Contract Administrators start work, reporting to you throughout the build process, checking and authorising the work and stage payments between you and the Contractor through to handover.

When your home is complete, Highcliffe will provide a range of services to the owner, including letting and property management via its own agency.

The level of internal finishes will be of a very high standard, with high quality kitchens and bathrooms, a detailed specification will be provided by our Interior Designer, who will work with you to add the personal touches you may require. 

Note: This method of purchase suits the cash buyer. Purchasers requiring a mortgage will be required to show proof of funding.


These 4 Plots have been reserved, however we invite a short list of interested buyers who can step in if the existing reservations do not proceed to Exchange of Contracts in December 2021.
