Restharrow Farm for your seasonal veg (a proper Cornish farm shop), quality local meat from the knowledgeable and friendly Butchers, Watts in Rock and seafood can be found at Rock Fish (their crab is a must!). For a quick, easy and guaranteed tasty meal you could also head over to our friends at Fee’s Food, with a fantastic deli, takeaway meals and selection of wine. The Spar in Polzeath or Rock will fill the gaps for any other essentials.
