We are delighted to introduce Webster, one of the new fabulous Highcliffe houses with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and an office/child’s bedroom now available to rent (please note that the office/child's bedroom is not adjacent to other bedrooms).

From the early design, to the final specification everything has been carefully considered to create a fantastic space for entertaining, both visually and practically.

Downstairs the living areas flow seamlessly with the spacious and contemporary combined kitchen, dining and living area all with underfloor heating throughout.

Webster has a lovely neutral palette of sage, dusty pinks and warm whites which are offset with a striking graphite kitchen and island, fully equipped with top of the range appliances. Filled with natural light from the large glass doors at either side of the room, the living area has a log fire and two comfy sitting areas which is the perfect space to relax and unwind in after a day spent exploring.

Outside, there is an alternative dining area as well as a hot shower to wash off after a surf, with side access to the utility room.

On the first floor, you’ll find three generous bedrooms, including a master bedroom and an ensuite with beautiful marbled tiles. The other two bedrooms share a family bathroom.

The fourth bedroom is on the ground floor, a spacious en-suite double, off the kitchen area. Webster is unique in having a dedicated office space with child’s high sleeper bed tucked away behind the utility room.

Webster is equipped with fibre broadband, underfloor heating and includes an electric car charging point too.

Dogs are welcome to stay, and changeovers run from Thursday to Thursday.

We want to draw your attention to the fact that Webster is one of the new properties in Phase 1 and therefore adjacent to the construction of Phase 2. The works will continue through 2023/24. We do not expect the works to inconvenience your holiday, but we want to be fully transparent.
