Close to the many amenities & attractions of Polzeath, Rock & Daymer Bay yet still "off the beaten track" - there are some charming rural views across the fields towards St Minver & beyond. Poppies is a deceptively spacious house, which is comfortably furnished & well equipped with modern up-to-date furnishings & appliances. The open-plan kitchen/lounge opens out via sliding patio doors to a lovely, large & secluded sunbathing patio with a BBQ & large garden table, parasol & chairs for 'al fresco' dining & entertaining. Similarly, for those sunny Cornish mornings, at the front of the property there is an enclosed terrace leading directly off the kitchen with an outdoor picnic table & chairs Poppies is an ideal retreat in all weathers with the recent installation of our beautiful new wood burner & with all logs supplied for the cooler months. For those long idyllic spring & summer days, there is a large, private rear patio ideal for enjoying the afternoon & evening sun, leading out on to Highcliffe's magnificent private gardens where the children can play. The cottage is perfectly placed for easy access to the coastal footpath, and close at hand are the iconic area's many local beaches, including Polzeath, Greenaway, Rock and Daymer Bay. Uniquely at Highcliffe at present, Poppies benefits from having both front & rear patios fenced & gated which makes this house ideally secure for those with small children and/or with a pet. Note: THURSDAY to THURSDAY change over.

Short-term breaks and non-Friday changeovers are available during off-peak season.
